Our whistleblower system

Welcome to the Ergon Airlock whistleblower system!

Here you can submit your tips completely securely and completely anonymously.

Compliance with legal regulations, internal rules and the principles of our Code of Conduct have top priority at Ergon Airlock. In order to live up to this claim, it is important for us to learn of possible misconduct on the part of our own employees or parties working with us and to take appropriate action.

For this reason, we operate an impartial and confidential whistleblowing system. In this system, you can report violations of compliance guidelines, corruption, violation of competition regulations, violations of environmental guidelines or concerns due to human rights risks that affect our company, the welfare of Ergon Airlock employees or other persons in the direct or indirect environment.

The reporting system may not be used for false accusations and the reporting of knowingly false information is prohibited.

We will of course treat this information confidentially and assure you that your data will be handled sensitively.

Thank you for your trust!

Do you want to report a misconduct?

What do you need to consider?

Report

  • regardless of whether or not you work for us,
  • known or suspected violations,
  • with us or parties related to us

Are you sure about this?

Please check the relevant facts before reporting them to us. There are facts and subjective perceptions. Both can be useful for the investigation, but these should be carefully separated. Is there any evidence to support your tip, e.g. in the form of facts, documents or witnesses?

In order to process the report well, it is necessary that your note is as specific as possible.

It is helpful if you consider the five 'W-questions' in your report:

Who? What? When? How? Where?

As a whistleblower, please make sure that your information can also be understood by people outside your field of expertise.

Do others share your observations?

Are there any witnesses to your observation or have others also noticed what you have observed? This could be positive for your decision to give a hint, strengthen it and give you more security.

However, you should only trust people you can really rely on.

Feel free to encourage them to submit a report as well.

What is their motivation for the report?

Check your motivation before you give a hint and clarify a few questions for yourself.

What do you want to achieve with your tip? What moves you to become active?

A justified reference does not become ineffective or invalid if the underlying motivation also serves your own goals. However, if your intention is primarily motivated by selfish motives, please consider whether you can later justify your action and the consequences it may have for others to yourself (or to third parties).

Anonymity and contact details

An important pillar in our whistleblower system is trust and security. This includes offering options for anonymous reporting and communication. However, we encourage you to include your name and contact information in the report. So please feel free to consider whether you would also submit the whistleblower under your name.

If you wish to remain anonymous

  • Do not include any personal information, such as your name or your relationship to the parties involved.
  • Be careful not to disclose anything personal price that allows conclusions about your person.
  • Make sure you have a secure internet connection, represented by the lock icon in your browser before the URL in the upper left corner!
  • Use an email address that is created only for this purpose & let us know if you want us to contact you about it.

Contact details

In accordance with current case law, we are not obliged to follow up on anonymous tips. However, open tips are more effective.
