Airlock wins Reader's Choice Award 2020 in Gold

The security solution Airlock Secure Access Hub impressed the readers of the Vogel IT publishing group with a number of innovations in the area of application security and won gold in the voting. Airlock had already received this award in previous years.

The Swiss security solution once again had to stand up to strong competition this year.

The Airlock Secure Access Hub itself is a security platform that combines the Web Application Firewall (WAF), Customer Identity and Access Management (cIAM) including integrated two-factor authentication and API security gateway under one roof, also as a microgateway. The special trick: to optimise protection performance, all components are coordinated with each other. For example, the WAF intercepts requests from outside and checks their trustworthiness before they even reach the back end. This year, the Secure Access Hub was expanded to include the 2FA component. Strong authentication with Airlock 2FA is particularly user-friendly and cost-efficient thanks to the supported one-touch process. It also complies with current legal requirements such as the GDPR or directives such as PSD2.
